How does the free plan work?
The Free plan gives you 10 tokens per month and 1 court. Each booking confirmed consumes 1 token. When you run out, bookings are blocked until you buy more tokens or wait for your monthly refill.
What are tokens?
Tokens represent booking capacity. Each time you confirm a player's booking, 1 token is consumed. Your plan includes a monthly token allocation that refills on the 1st of each month. You can also buy extra token packs anytime.
How does the platform fee work?
A platform fee is charged on top of your court rates on all bookings. The fee depends on your plan: 5.0% on Free and Starter, 3.5% on Growth, 2.5% on Pro. For example, if you charge ₱500/hour on the Growth plan, players pay ₱517.5 total.
Can I buy more tokens?
Yes! Token packs are available for purchase anytime: 25 tokens for ₱149, 50 tokens for ₱249, or 100 tokens for ₱449. Purchased tokens don't expire and aren't affected by the monthly rollover cap.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time — your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
